Your Responsibilities
We are looking for an (Senior) Analyst Asset Management to join our team in Cologne, Germany. The job will require a diverse skill set. Main responsibilities include:
  • Analysis, evaluation, and recommendation on all matters related to the asset.
  • Financial modeling of cash flows, potential leases, CapEx projects and ongoing ownership of Argus and Excel models.
  • Conducting detailed industry, market, and tenant research to support asset strategies and produce investment memoranda.
  • Ongoing review of governing documents – partnership agreements, loans, leases, etc. and monitoring of compliance and potential risks.
  • Coordination with external advisors, operating partners, and internal teams to ensure successful operation and execution at the asset-level.
  • Support in the preparation of Investment Committee presentations and investor presentations.
Your Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field of study from an accredited institution. Alternatively, any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Work Experience: One to three years of experience in real estate management or finance.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English. German fluency is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong financial modelling skills with meticulous attention to detail/accuracy with numbers.
    • Experience with real estate fundamentals; valuations experience is preferred.
    • Ability to communicate complex, abstract messages in a simple, clear manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to collaborate at all levels of seniority.
