Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a working student to support the Transactions & Capital Markets team in the Jamestown Europe office in Cologne, Germany. You will assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities across Europe, including both iconic properties and emerging opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments, such as asset management, fund management, creative, and property management, gaining valuable cross-functional exposure.
Your Qualifications
  • Field of Study: Real Estate Investment or Finance.
  • Study Progress: Preferably Bachelor’s degree received and currently completing a Master’s degree. 
  • Work Experience: At least one previous internship is a plus.
  • Skillset:
    • You have a basic understanding of real estate investment and financial modelling.
    • You are well organized, and you can work efficiently and independently.
    • You have a high willingness to learn and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks.
    • You can organize meetings and keep track of follow-up appointments.
    • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
    • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
