Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a working student to support the Asset Management team in the Jamestown Europe office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You will be assisting asset management, strategic planning, and project execution of a real estate portfolio in the Netherlands that includes iconic projects like GHG in Rotterdam. Additionally, you will gain exposure to other departments within the company such as transactions, capital markets, creative, fund management, and property management. 
Your Qualifications
Education & Experience: 
  • Field of Study: Real Estate Management or Finance.
  • Study Progress: Preferably Bachelor’s degree received and currently completing a Master’s degree.
  • Work Experience: At least one previous internship is a plus.
  • Skillset:
    • You have a basic understanding of real estate investment and financial modelling.
    • You are well organized, and you can work efficiently and independently.
    • You have a high willingness to learn and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks.
    • You can organize meetings and keep track of follow-up appointments.
    • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
    • You are fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
