Graphic Designer, Creative & Marketing

Amsterdam
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your Responsibilities

The job will require a diverse skill set. The main responsibilities include:
Design & Brand
  • Develop and execute a wide range of marketing materials for our European properties: branding and collateral, advertisements, signage, event materials, and digital and print assets.
  • Create logo and brand identities for new properties and events and maintain brand standards across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer Europe and stakeholders (Asset Managers, Creative Managers, Leasing Associates) on special projects and property-level initiatives.
  • Work with external print suppliers on quotes, proofs, and materials to ensure the final output meets quality standards, stays on schedule, and fits within budget.
Reporting & Data Visualization
  • A meaningful part of this role involves bringing structure and visual clarity to complex information. You’ll work on materials that go directly to senior stakeholders and investors, so accuracy and a sharp eye for layout matter just as much as creativity.
  • Design and produce quarterly asset and investor reports in collaboration with acquisitions, capital markets, fund management, and property management teams.
  • Translate data and written content into clear, on-brand layouts that communicate performance and progress effectively.
  • Manage versioning, updates, and consistency across recurring report templates.
 Photography
  • Plan and conduct photography shoots for properties, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Edit, retouch, and organize photography for use across marketing materials, websites, and reports.
  • Manage the visual asset library, including photography, icons, and brand files.

Some travel and attendance at events outside standard business hours may be required.

Your Qualifications

  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Work Experience: Two to four years of professional graphic design experience. At least one or two completed internships or equivalent industry experience. Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills is also considered.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English is required. Dutch and/or German is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom).
    • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.
    • Knowledge of pre-press processes and ability to produce print-ready files.
    • Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) and an interest in integrating AI-assisted workflows into day-to-day work.
    • Photography skills: composition, lighting, and post-production.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite for reporting and collaboration.
    • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and adapt output to the audience, whether for a creative brief or an investor deck.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical, especially when working with data-heavy or template-driven materials.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and stay calm under deadline pressure.
    • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
    • Willingness to learn quickly and take on tasks beyond pure design work
