Your Responsibilities
The job will require a diverse skill set. Main responsibilities include:
  • Support the planning, coordination, and on-site delivery of marketing and community events
  • Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and run-of-show execution
  • Contribute to English copywriting for event communications, marketing materials, and digital channels
  • Support customer engagement initiatives that enhance the visitor experience
  • Assist with general marketing administration and coordination tasks
  • Work collaboratively with team members, stepping in where needed to support shared objectives
  • Attend and support events, including occasional work outside of standard 9–5 hours
Your Qualifications
  • Previous event management or event support experience is desirable
  • A genuine people person who enjoys engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Organized with the ability to manage priorities and tasks effectively
  • Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented - no task is ever too difficult
  • Comfortable working independently once nurtured and onboarded
  • A strong team player who values collaboration and mutual support
  • Confident written and spoken English, with copywriting capability
  • An active listener who communicates respectfully and thoughtfully
